why attend?

Projects and project management create the future.  Communities around the world are facing ecological and climate crises that threaten the survival of humans on Earth.  The aim of Responsible Project Management is to ensure that projects deliver benefits for people, communities, organisations, and ecosystems in ways that accelerate the achievement of a more sustainable future.

This event will introduce key concepts from Responsible PM and selected techniques for managing projects responsibly. There will be an opportunity to practice PM techniques in a practical context and to explore project challenges from a range of perspectives.
