Why attend?

This event will explore new competencies, tools and techniques required for Responsible Project Management, with opportunities to use techniques in practice. 

Integrating sustainability into projects and project management requires a mind shift by project professionals.  Systems thinking, anticipatory skills and new ways of handling uncertainty are required to transform project management using circular ideas found in the natural world.  You will be encouraged to develop the curiosity, compassion, and courage that are necessary to advocate for better project outcomes.

who should attend?

Project people with some experience of using project management techniques and who would like to integrate sustainability into their practice.

The event is suitable for those working on projects in any field, across the private, public, and voluntary sectors. There will be opportunities to connect with others and discuss a range of sustainability challenges.

delivery

Sustainability Mind-shift for Project Management is delivered over four highly interactive workshops. Each workshop will begin at 18:00 UK time and finish at 20:00. The sessions will take place on Wednesdays 8, 15 & 22 May and 5 June2024.

Facilitated, interconnected activities are used to integrate principles, concepts and models with reflection and dialogue. Participants are encouraged to focus on addressing current challenges in their own practice.

How much does it cost?

We would like our courses to be available to all, so we ask you to pay what you can towards our courses. Tickets at the full rate are £80* for all four sessions, and we have some tickets available at a reduced rate of £15*.
